My name is Jillian Hand and I provide confident, dependable guidance and support to those striving for optimal confidence and wellness in their childbearing years.
I believe, when it comes to birth, parenting (and even life in general) it’s not just the destination that is important, but also the journey. It MATTERS how people experience pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. We carry those experiences with us for the rest of our lives. We don’t have to go through these big transitions alone. We were never meant to. Let me be your guide as you navigate the unexpected. It would be my honour and pleasure.
Sincerely and with deep love,
Jillian Hand, MSW, RSW Social Worker, Doula, and Childbirth Educator
